By browsing our website, booking an audit, signing a statement of work, or submitting payment via our payment processing partner, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, please do not use our website or services.

2. Nature of Services Provided

Croveaxa Digital Services operates strictly as a digital creative agency and organic content consultancy. Our services include:

• Short-Form Video Production & Post-Production: Editing, color correction, motion graphics, audio mastering, and pacing optimization for short-form video platforms.
• Content Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Hook design, narrative frameworks, and high-retention script development tailored to the client's industry.
• Brand Identity & Visual Direction: Profile aesthetic curation, thumbnail design, typographic standards, and brand positioning.
• Organic Growth Consulting & Funnel Optimization: Direct-message automation architecture, bio conversion audits, and content calendar scheduling strategies.

3. Anti-Bot, Anti-Spam & Organic Integrity Policy

Under no circumstances does Croveaxa sell, broker, supply, or generate artificial social media followers, automated likes, fake views, bot comments, or incentivized traffic.

All references on our website to "growth", "reach", "impressions", or "audience scaling" refer strictly to genuine editorial performance earned organically through superior creative execution, compelling storytelling, and high viewer watch time. We will immediately refuse service to any party requesting automated bot software, black-hat engagement tactics, or deceptive spam mechanisms.

4. Payment Terms & Stripe Processing

All service purchases, custom invoices, and monthly retainer billings are conducted securely through Stripe, Inc., an authorized PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor.

• Currency & Invoicing: All fees are quoted and billed in US Dollars (USD) or the agreed contractual currency specified in your project onboarding agreement.
• Payment Timing: Full project retainer fees or initial setup milestone payments must be settled in advance before creative onboarding, scriptwriting, or editing commences.
• Recurring Retainers: Ongoing monthly service retainers are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle via Stripe until cancelled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Taxes: Clients are responsible for any applicable local, state, or international sales, consumption, or value-added taxes (VAT) related to their purchase.

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

We respect your ownership and ensure clear transfer of deliverables upon fulfillment:

• Client Materials: The client retains complete ownership of all raw video recordings, proprietary brand assets, logos, and materials supplied to Croveaxa. The client warrants that they own or have licensed all necessary rights to any media provided to us.
• Final Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, Croveaxa assigns to the client the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute all finalized videos, scripts, and graphics created specifically for the client.
• Portfolio Showcase: Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing under a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Croveaxa reserves the non-exclusive right to display completed video deliverables and publicly available performance metrics in our portfolio and case study archives.

6. Disclaimers & No Guarantee of Financial Earnings

While we apply industry-leading production techniques, algorithmic insights, and audience retention principles to every project:

• No Guaranteed Revenue or Virality: Social media distribution is governed by proprietary third-party platform algorithms and fluctuating market sentiment. Croveaxa does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, exact subscriber counts, viral thresholds, or financial earnings.
• Case Study Representation: Past client case studies and metrics shown on this website reflect individual authentic outcomes achieved under specific conditions. They are not intended to represent, warrant, or guarantee that current or future clients will achieve identical or similar results.
• Third-Party Platform Independence: Croveaxa is an independent creative agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Stripe.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Dispute Resolution

All engagement cancellations, milestone terminations, and refund considerations are governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy.

In the event of any billing question, delivery concern, or dissatisfaction, clients agree to contact our executive support team at robin@croveaxadigitalservices.com in good faith before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution. We are committed to fair and prompt resolution of all client inquiries within 48 business hours.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Croveaxa Digital Services, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our creative services, platform algorithm fluctuations, or temporary third-party service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Croveaxa in the three (3) months preceding the incident.
